This was me Saturday in the city (New York City). I was so happy, elated, and jumping for joy as I just registered in a makeup program. I decided to take the big plunge and just do it!! For years I've been wanting to become a certified makeup artist so I can add it as a serious part of my business. Well 2013 is my year!!
