Alternatives to Lupita Nyong'o Red Carpet Gucci Dress?

We all know that Lupita was slayed to the Gods in this Green Gucci Dress at the Cannes film Festival. She really gave a fresh, clean, and feminine vibe to the look. It was not tasteless like some of the stars that walk red carpets. This look was timeless and classy.
What do you do when you want to look like Lupita, but can't afford it? You search for alternatives at thrift shops (if you are a thrifter), discount stores like Marshalls, TjMaxx, and Century21 just to name a few. If you are an online shopper, you can check out some of the options I have below.  Dressing up the dresses with the right accessories will make any of them pop. Vintage 60's Paganne Dress

I can't tell a lie and it is so sad that I have had this dress for over two years sitting in a bag of dresses that I scored from a huge estate sale. Sometimes you have a gem without even knowing it. As I sifted through loads of vintage items that I have not gotten to yet, my mother (who helps me ) came across this fabulous dress signed Paganne. I am always intrigued by vintage designers and I said this has to be a gem and certainly it was. I found out that this dress is designed buy Gene Berk who graced us with his designs in the 60's and the 70's that were wonderfully iconic, colorful, and geometric prints.

What Wnda Wore Outfit of The Day!

This look was actually done about two weeks ago and as life would have it I never had a chance to post it. I promise to share more looks! So I was just feeling relaxed and ole school so I decided to try a 70's look. It was a cold and breezy day but still nice enough to take a couple of pics and film a video for my youtube channel. I decided to wear the turban because my hair looked horrible and I actually loved it!!
