Maybe or maybe not, but it sure does look like one. Well one lucky person is going to look fabulous in it! If any of you know about Ceil Chapman designs you will probably agree with me that this dress mimicks the design. Ceil Chapman was a designer in New York City that made glamorous cocktail dresses for celebrity and working class women from the 1940's to the 1960's. Funny thing is that it is from the 50's, but no tag to let me know who it is from.
